The Prosecution General has established a special structure that will
verify the integrity of subjects, which foresee the decriminalization
law.
The Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla, asked the Central Election Commission to present the preliminary materials for the Mayor of Kavaja, Elvis Roshi.
The Prosecution bases its request on the fact that the self-declaration form of this subject has unclear data which require a deeper verification, according to the Prosecution’s announcement.
The Prosecution General welcomes any information or indication from the respective institutions, and even from citizens, about possible criminal records of public officials, as foreseen by the law for decriminalization.
