The Prosecution has an important role for the implementation of the
decriminalization law. The Prosecution General, Adriatik Llalla, ordered
the establishing of a special structure.
The special structure will be named “Integrity Verification Sector” and will be composed of two Prosecutors, three Judiciary Police officers and one IT Specialist.
The Prosecution will have a register with the auto-declaration applications and will establish the verification electronic system of these applications.
Based on the decriminalization law, the Prosecution is the institution that will verify the data presented in auto-declaration applications from high-level officials or people who want to be elected.
