The Parliamentary meeting for decriminalization discussed today the inclusion the Venice Commission report.
Chairman Oerd Bylykbashi declared that the report in question will be the guide of this process.
He added that every proposition of the majority will be welcome.
The Socialist vice chairman of the commission, Taulant Balla, proposed that the two members of the group should deal with the review of the report, and that the constitutional amendments should be included in the judiciary reform.
The latter was opposed by leader Bylykbashi, who underlined that the work of the two commissions, one for the judiciary and one for the decriminalization, should be divided.
The other Democratic MP, Gent Strazmiri, declared that the report is accepted by anyone. He appealed for free will in finding a solution, and not cause delays.
