Protest in front of the Albanian Parliament against the new budget ends prematurely 19/11 21:20
The Commission of Laws approved the decree of the Albanian President,
Bujar Nishani, to appoint Artan Broci as member of the Supreme Court.
The decision was taken only with the majority’s votes, since the
opposition has not been present in today’s meeting.
Artan Broci was decreed by the head of the state after Fatos Lulo’s mandate expired, who was then appointed as member of the Constitutional Court.
Broci was a judge at the Court of Appeal in Tirana, and in the last year he was eelcted as a member of the High Council of Justice.
