Although no one has been arrested so far, the Police and the Prosecution
are convinced that the murder attempt against businessman Armando Ceka
and his two employees is related to the debts that he had taken to
others.
After taking dozens for questioning, investigators collected information about the relations that he had with other businessmen from whom he had borrowed around 800.000 EUR.
Prosecutors are documenting other conflicts even with citizens, who have reported him for suspicious sales of apartments. There are several cases at the Tirana Prosecution for fraud against Armando Ceka.
Police say that citizens have had conflicts with the businessman for not completing the investments that they had already paid. But there might be other disagreements that investigators might find.
The Prosecution keeps believing that the target of this murder attempt was the 33-year-old Ceka, and not his two employees, Artur Sharra, the bodyguard, and Julian Cela, his driver.
One day after the attempt, the two-story building is still being considered a crime scene for investigators, who haven’t removed the police tapes.
Residents say that several citizens were looking for Armando for the problems he had. They even were careful not letting him park his car close to their houses or businesses, fearing a second attack, as it really happened.
