Debates forBuilding Legalization Law

The law amends for legalizations have arrived in Parliament. 60.000
citizens who have built from 2009 to 2014 will benefit from it, mainly
residential buildings, according to Minister Gjermeni.

“Today we will vote the amnesty for those who have built illegally since January 2009. The proposed amends make way to the legalization of illegal objects by June 2014”, Gjermeni declared.

“They are preparing an ugly scenario with this. They are telling the citizens that if they don’t pay until this date, there will be fines. If fines are not to be paid, their homes will be taken away”, reacted the Democratic Party MP, Edi Paloka.

Besides legalization, the debate for the elections caused other debates in Parliament, especially between Astrit Patozi and Ilir Meta, for the vote buying phenomenon.

“That spot should be stopped. It is like ISIS appeals the world to be careful from terrorists. I remember a news article of 2001 regarding Ilir Meta and ODIHR. Is it worthy to invest so much for a TV spot? It means that we have lost the sensibility towards this phenomenon that is being spread quickly, with the pace of the Socialist Movement for Integration”, Patozi declared.

“That spot will not stop. It is for citizens to not sell their votes. It’s not my fault that you start blaming others for what you do yourself. That’s why citizens have abandoned you”, reacted the Parliament Speaker, Ilir Meta.
