Daughters donate trees at Tirana’s Grand Lake to celebrate father’s birthday

The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, met with a daughter who donated a tree at Tirana’s Grand Lake Park, for the 75th anniversary of her father.

“I am happy that we started this day with a surprise for our friend, Ilia, who celebrates his 75^th anniversary. I am happy that Blerina and Maria, his two daughters, organized this surprise. I don’t think that there was a better way than this, by donating three trees to our park, a place where Ilia and Maria walk every day”, Veliaj said.
