Judge Enkelejda Hoxha’s daughter stated today that she was aware of the events that led to her arrest and that her mother was ‘forced’ to release the convicts.
According to the minor, Enkelejda Hoxha has been influenced by several other people for making decisions, but she said that she does not know who are the persons that influenced her.
The girl further adds that the mother has not expressed concerns, but she herself has made the connection between some events and the decision-making.
“My mother has worked in Kruja for 16 years and does not own any house or car, she has tried to work honestly and cleanly. My mom is very honest and clean. She had a very good reason for releasing them. She could have been forced, she has been forced. I do not know by whom. She did not express her concerns to me, but I made the connection of the events and I came to the conclusion that she was forced”, says the judge’s daughter.
Based on the interceptions of the SPAK special prosecution, Judge Enkelejda Hoxha was arrested for a series of contested decisions, where various criminals were released from prison in exchange for bribes.
