Relatives of Daniela Metollari, and even her husband, were aware of the
affair that the 30-year-old had with Bashkim Latollari, the man that
took their lives.
This testimony was given by the sister of Daniela Metollari, who two days after the brutal massacre in Gjonomadh, Korce, where two couples were executed by one man, confesses that her sister has frequently felt threatened and violated by Bashkim Latollari.
Daniela’s sister, Miranda, says for the media that all the relatives feared Bashkim and that’s why they didn’t report him. She also says that Daniela loved Bashkim, but she didn’t want to divorce her husband because of their children. She also added that the father of her 4-year-child is not Bashkim, as he had claimed, but Belimon, Daniela’s husband. According to her, he was also leading a problematic life due to gambling, and was selling everything they had in their house.
Relatives of Daniela Metollari asked the justice to give the maximal punishment for Bashkim Latollari.
