The Court of Tirana, which is treating a case involving two former leaders of the Czech Company “CEZ”, Josef Heisek and Jan Ivan, didn’t give a final answer if the understanding agreement between the Albanian government and the CEZ Company excluded its leaders from investigation.

The lawyer of the two Czech citizens, Robert Rakipi, asked the Judge to suspend their cases, but the Judge reserved the right to express his opinion in a future moment, after receiving evidence from the Prosecution.

However, their lawyer presented other requests for invalidating the acts. The Prosecution of Tirana is accusing the two former CEZ leaders of fraud. They are suspected f having cooperated with Kastriot Ismailaj for the 5-million-EUR damage.
