Besides the institutional stalemate, the political crisis has a strong influence on the economy as well.
Professor Ardian Civici said that the economy is not just figures, but a matter of trust, and the Albanian environment is getting worse in this context.
“The economy, before being a number, a capital, a payment or a sale, is a matter of trust and credibility of institutions. If there is no stability, all economic parameters could have negative effects”, he said.
Civici added that since there is no quick solution in sight to the crisis, this burden is getting heavier for the economy.
“This political chaos and this complicated situation, without any solution in the horizon, is certainly giving hits to the economy, which are only getting stronger”, Civici declared.
