The Mining Inspection Department gives its conclusions about the Munella
accident, where a person was dead after a wall collapsed inside a mine.
The Mining Inspection explains that the mine front where the accident took place was not part of the works. The violation of the regulation was the cause of this incident.
“The workers went to work by order of the mine Director. We will demand a criminal prosecution”, the declaration says.
