The Head of the Farka commune, Fatbardh Plaku, has returned to the
attention of Police after two murder attempts against his family
members.
A criminal report has been filed against Plaku and the responsible of the Farke Commune Property Registration Office over forgery of documents, which made the police start a criminal investigation against him.
The plaintiff is a Farka resident, who says that 10,000 square meters of land in Lunder, near the TEG mall, have not been registered under his name, while he claims that he took that parcel through law 7501.
