COVID19 update; High number of infections in Albania, 11 losses of life in the last 24 hours

In Albania during the last 24 hours 11 citizens lost their lives with COVID19.

3864 Covid-19 tests were performed of which 901 citizens resulted positive.

The capital Tirana, Durrës, Vlora and Shkodra were at the top of the list with the highest number of infections.

Meanwhile four patients from Tirana died of the disease, and 1 each in Bulqiza, Cërrik, Kurbin, Kavaja, Berat, Durrës and Korçë, all aged 48-80 years old.

Currently in 4 COVID hospitals, 287 patients are being treated, 20 of which in intensive care.

In the last 24 hours, 507 patients have recovered, the authorities stated.
