Today begins the introduction of rapid tests in Albania, for people who show symptoms of COVID-19, the answer to which comes out within 15-30 minutes.
Through a post, the Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu announced that several points will be opened in Tirana and other cities for testing with reservation at the family doctor.
“From today, the teams of field epidemiologists will also perform rapid tests, in addition to testing with the PCR method.
100,000 rapid tests provided and will continue to increase capacity with both testing methods. “Soon, several points will be opened in Tirana and other cities for testing by reservation at the family doctor”, the minister wrote, adding that Albania currently has obtained 100 thousand fast tests.
