Today marked a slight increase in cases with Covid-19 compared to the day before, with 51 infected and 3 deaths in the last 24 hours.
Out of 1,995 tests performed, 14 cases were positive in Tirana, and smaller numbers in other districts.
Currently 116 patients are being treated in COVID hospitals, 17 of whom are in intensive care.
The 3 citizens who lost the battle with Covid-19 are 1 citizen from Tirana, 1 citizen from Shkodra, 1 citizen from Fieri, all aged 62-77 years.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection appeals to all citizens not to reduce their vigilance and to continue to implement the rules for the prevention of COVID19.
