During the last 24 hours (21.09.2020) in Albania 150 people have been infected with Covid-19.
The Ministry of Health said that two people have lost their lives in the last 24 hours.
Despite the efforts of doctors, a 75-year-old man from Tirana and an 85-year-old man from Shkodra lost the battle from COVID19.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection expressed its condolences to the families.
According to the MoH, 55 citizens have recovered in the last 24 hours, bringing to 6995 the number of recovered since the beginning of the epidemic.
The geographical distribution of new positive cases in the last 24 hours is as follows: 66 cases in Tirana, 9 cases in Elbasan, 8 cases in Fier, 6 cases in Shkodra, Durres, Kavaja, Vlora, 5 cases in Korca, Kukes, Gjirokastra , 3 cases in Lezha, Mirdita, Bulqiza, 2 cases each in Lushnje, Mallakastër, Pogradec, Divjakë, Malësi e Madhe, Peqin, Kolonjë, 1 case in Rrogozhinë, Berat, Librazhd, Saranda, Gramsh.
