Ministry of Health announced today (02.06.2021) that in the last 24 hours 14 new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded in Albania, while giving the good news, that again no losses of life had been registered.
Out of 3,057 tests, 14 citizens tested positive. Confirmed positive cases were identified in the following municipalities: 5 cases in Tirana, 2 cases in Shkodra, Devoll, and 1 case each in Kavaja, Mat, Gjirokastra, Kamza, Skrapar.
There are currently 35 patients being treated at Covid hospitals, 7 of whom are in intensive care.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection addresses the citizens not to neglect any signs of illness and to contact the family doctor for any doubt, to perform the testing as well as for the follow-up and treatment in the apartment. Call the National Emergency number 127 for any emergency or hospital referral.
