It has been 8 months since we experienced the pandemic and more recently the seasonal viruses, and people have now started seeking the help of alternative medicine, in the form of teas and herbal mixtures.

“The biggest demands are for herbal blends, which cure Covid-19 in its early stages. There is a high demand for flu, rheumatism, and mental health problems’ remedies, stress, anxiety, insomnia, and so on. There is a great intensity of work. We perform 60-70 visits per day. Only here there are about 300 species of local plants “, says alternative doctor Ylli Merja.

“I was with a ventilation pump, I had a problem with my lungs, not with Covid, but with my breathing. I tried the medicine in the hospital and pharmacy, but for 3 years I have found solutions here. I also removed the breathing pump”, says one of his clients.

“Another states: “I have a gall bladder problem. I treat it with herbs, because they do not have side effects. They are also cheap, they do not cost that much. A relative of mine recommended it to me and I came too.”

“I have been trading medicinal plants for 18 years. There is a greater demand for stress and asthma in this period. Herbs and oils have healed me. If it were not for them, I would not be alive now.”
