Albania has again recorded a high number of infections with Covid-19 while according to the authorities during the last 24 hours (02.11.2020) 321 people have been infected.
The country has recorded 9 losses of lives by Covid-19.
Currently in 3 Covid hospitals, 328 patients are being treated, 12 in intensive care of which 5 patients are intubated.
Despite the efforts of doctors, in the last 24 hours, 9 citizens Sars-Cov2 positive have lost their lives in 2 Covid hospitals.
The fatalities were a 44-year-old man, a 70-year-old, 71-year-old, 78-year-old, and two 84-year-old women from Tirana, a 67-year-old man from Mallakastra, a 74-year-old man and 82-year-old from Korça, with concomitant diseases.
Positive cases confirmed in the last 24 hours have been identified in these municipalities:
173 cases in Tirana, 22 in Kavaja, 12 cases in Korça, Pogradec, 11 in Fier, 10 in Vlora, 9 in Elbasan, 7 cases in Shkodra, Lushnje, Gramsh, 6 cases in Durrës, Saranda, 4 cases in Berat, Mat, Kuçovë, from 3 cases in Lezha, Gjirokastër, Përmet, 2 each case in Krujë, Kurbin, Has, Mallakastër, Kamëz, Peqin, Kolonjë, and 1 case each in Puka, Mirditë, Delvinë, Dibër.
