The Ministry of Health announced today (03.09.2020) that there are 5 victims and 116 new cases of covid-19.
Meanwhile, in the last 24 hours, 150 citizens have been cured.
The geographical distribution of positive daily cases is as follows: 49 cases in Tirana, 13 in Elbasan, 7 in Kukës, 5 cases in Shkodra, Kurbin, Kavaja, Vlora, 4 cases in Durrës, Fier, Has, 3 cases in Berat , Kamëz, Gjirokastër, 2 in Kuçovë, from 1 case in Krujë, Mirditë, Mat, Bulqizë.
Currently, the Infectious Diseases Hospital and “Shefqet Ndroqi” are treating 189 confirmed positive patients with COVID-19, 20 of whom are in intensive care.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection reminds the citizens of the importance of implementing physical distancing measures, putting on a mask and taking care of personal and collective hygiene.
