Courtroom murder: Victim, handcuffed when killed

The relatives of the 33-year-old Endri Bejta, who was killed during the
conflict that took place in the Lezhe Court premises, declared that he
was killed while being handcuffed.

One of his friends says that the eye witnesses have said that he had been hit many times with sharp objects within the Court premises, while the Police was still holding it with handcuffs, due to the conflict that had started in the courtroom.

“The truth is that Endri was hit inside the courtroom. The worst thing is that he was killed from the criminal that was in the hands of the state”, he says.

The big quantity of blood filmed by Top Channel inside the courtroom raise doubts that inside the Court there have happened something more than an exchange of punches, as the Court pretends. The victim was a 33-year-old, owner of a big business of scrap metal. The workers of this firm, now remained unemployed, want the state to conduct a fair investigation, having in consideration the social position of the victim.

The tragedy took place one week ago, when both parties present in a trial in Lezhe clashed with each other, leaving the business dead and four others wounded.
