The judge panel that will review the construction permit of the 17-store
building at the Tirana Artificial Lake will be the same ones who were
decided by the electronic lot.
The decision was declared by three judge panels who rejected the requests of the Tirana Municipality, IKMT and the State Advocacy. The Court of Administrative Appeal explains that the requests for having this troop replaced is unbased.
The request for the withdrawal of judge Gazidede was not accepted by the President of the Court.
The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, said that the court verdict is already known. However, he said that the apartment complex will not be built.
DP, in the meanwhile, have sued Mayor Veliaj for not respecting the information law. The head of the Democratic Party councillors at the Municipality, Leonard Olli, said that the court needs to order Veliaj for transparency.
