The Court decided to release from prison the head of the MEICO company,
Ylli Pinari. According to the court, he has fulfilled the conditions for
leaving the cell.
The Court says that by serving three fourth of the sentence, Pinary has fulfilled the legal condition to earn probation.
The Court also referred to a document filed by prison employees, saying that the prison time has played its role, which is a full rehabilitation of Pinari.
The court has taken in consideration the age of the person and the fact that he has to take care of his mother.
