The former Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla, had made a request for a longer time of investigation for his case, but it was rejected by the Court.
Llalla is under investigation for hiding his assets. The request, filed by his lawyer, Sokol Hazizaj, was made by the Prosecution for Serious Crimes one week ago.
The request was not accepted this Monday by Judge Bib Ndreca.
