Court rejects Durres Mayor’s lawsuit against DP leader Basha

The Court of Tirana rejected today the lawsuit of the Durres Mayor, Vangjush Dako, against the Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha.

Dako had sued Basha for slander after the opposition leader said that he had been recorded in a conversation with the organized crime and that he was under investigation by the Prosecution of Serious Crimes.
