The Court of Appeal suspended the case against the Mayor of Kamza,
Xhelal Mziu, and two of his dependants, the legal Director Atli Hoti and
the Tax Director, Bujar Losha.
The Court of First Instance had asked the Court a two year sentence.
Mziu declared he expected this verdict and that the case against him was just political pressure.
