Ilir Karçini, 44, a renowned businessman in the fuel sector, was left in
prison charged with plotting a murder against Piro Bare.

The Prosecution of Serious Crimes, which is investigating this case, reports that they have not interrogated Karcini yet, the man who is suspected of ordering a murder through the Mehillaj cousins.
Karcini declared that he doesn’t know Julian Sinanaj, and that he has not requested Bare’s murder.
The same has been declared by his lawyer, the former Prosecutor General, Theodhori Sollaku, who declared that he will challenge the arrest measure at the Court of Appeal.
The investigation team declared that they have enough evidence that implicate the businessman for this crime. Among them was the fact that Sinanaj knew where Karcini had his offices, and that Karcini had paid 50.000 EUR in the beginning. He would give the rest after the deed.
According to the investigators, Sinanaj has chosen Karcini among many other photos, meaning that he knew the businessman.
