Court: Isufaj should be extradited to Italy

The Court of Tirana decided to extradite to Italy Arben Isufaj, or also known as Ben Qimja.

He is wanted by the Italian police for participation in criminal organizations and international drug traffic.

Ben Qimja was killed on March 10th, 2014, based on an arrest order of Interpol Roma.

Isufaj demanded a refusal of the extradition to Italy by presenting legal arguments through his defensive lawyer.
