Court finds MP Alfred Peza not guilty

The Court of Tirana ruled in favor of the Socialist Party MP, Alfred Peza, who was accused of refusing to declare his assets.

The Prosecution General and the Prosecution of Tirana accused Peza of hiding assets and laundering products achieved by criminal activity, but finally they only stood to the accusation for refusing to declare his assets. However, this was also rejected by the court, which found Alfred Peza not guilty.
