The Administrative Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the construction of five towers at the Tirana Artificial Lake.
Right after this decision, the Municipality of Tirana reacted and said that the decision was taken secretly.
“The Administrative court of Appeal held a meeting that has not been announced to leave in power the construction of 5 apartment buildings, 17-store each, at the Artificial Lake. The gift that the former Mayor of Tirana, Lulzim Basha, to the city of Tirana”, the Municipality says.
The Municipality of Tirana said that this decision proved that the Administrative Court of Appeal is not by the side of citizens and doesn’t care about the future of the city.
