Counting partially ended, surprise in Himare

The counting process has ended for some municipalities, while the
process continues with a slow pace in the Zonal Election Commissions for
districts and communes.

A surprise in this voting process is the Socialist victory in Himare, where the candidate Jorgo Goro won against Bollano with 220 votes more than the United for Human Rights Party.

Meanwhile, in Peshkopia, Ilir Krosi, the Democratic Party candidate has won. The winner of the Memaliaj municipality is the Socialist Party candidate, Lulzim Meçe, while the winner of Poliçan is the Socialist Adriatik Zotka. In Ballsh and Rubik, the Socialist Party has won again, with the candidates Ilir Çela and Gjok Vukaj. The Democratic Party candidate, Beqir Arifaj, has won in Puka while the Permet Municipality goes again to the Socialists. The Democratic Party has won the municipality of Delvina.

The Rreshen municipality was won by the Socialist candidate, Ndue Kola, and the Otllak commune in the Ura Vajgurore, the Socialist candidate won with only 12 votes.

The winner in Peqin is the candidate of Alliance for the Citizen, Ilir Rrapushi; the Bajram Curri municipality goes again to the Democratic Party. The Dushku commune in Lushnje was won by the socialist Afrim Dedej.

The winner of Tepelena Municipality is the Socialist Termet Peçi, in Erseka the Socialist candidate Ali Llaku while in Kukes has won the Democratic Party candidate, Hasan Halilaj.
