20/10/2015 00:00

The Council of Mandate Regulation gathered this afternoon to discuss the parliamentary mandate of MP Mark Frroku.

The MP has been absent for the past six months in Parliament, due to his problems with the judiciary.

His lawyer, Saimir Visha, declared that there is no preventive measure to stop Frroku from being part of the Parliament.

“We have made a request for authorizing the participation of MP Frroku in Parliament. He is innocent until a verdict is issued stating the contrary”, Visha declared.
