The Parliament Member from Shkoder, Tom Doshi, handed over a medical
report for five days and asked a postponement due to bad health
conditions.
“We left two days of time because the request sent to the Council demanded two days for preparing the defense. We didn’t deal with the medical report”, declared the Democratic Party MP, Armando Subashi.
The Democrats has been able to make sure there will be media in the meeting of this Wednesday, a request they didn’t have on Saturday.
“We have supported the Prosecution and we also support transparency”, declared Eduard Halimi, Democratic Party MP.
“We must take care to have a regular process. The decision-making is an attribute not of this council, because this council doesn’t decide about anything. The council is simply consultative and everything about this will be decided in the session. The last word about the security measure goes to the Court, of course”, Subashi declared.
The Democrats also repeated the request to open procedures for Koco Kokedhima. They asked the Parliament to remove his mandate due to illegal profits by using his MP seat.
