The police has continued to monitor urban and interurban roads for the implementation of an authorities telegram for the suspension of vehicle circulation to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
During the last 24 hours, 3 drivers were arrested in Tirana in an intoxicated state and in violation of the traffic stoppage order, as well as 2 others for violent opposition to the police officers.
In the last 24 hours, 334 drivers were fined and 18 vehicles were blocked throughout the country.
From March 13th, 1230 drivers have been fined across the country, 8 of whom were intoxicated, 2 have been arrested for opposing the police force, and 4 others have been prosecuted for disobeying a police officer’s order.
