Two months ago, when the businesses that operate at Kashar were discussing about taxes with the local administration, they welcomed the suggestion of the head of Kashari commune, Besnik Fuçia, for representing all businesses by one single voice.

And this idea did not remain just a proposition. Thanks to the good will of the businesses and their cooperation with the Kashari commune, all companies that operate at this industrial area have created the association “Industrial Area Businesses Union”.

A cooperating memorandum was signed today, which aims relation improvements between businesses and local administration in order to create new jobs for the residents of this area.

Besnik Fuçia, head of the Kashar commune values the cooperation with the businesses as necessary and very useful.

“The presentation of this project and of this agreement helps easeing social matters, and our goal is to create social projects for reducing unemployment through these businesses”, Fuçia said.

Four universities operate in the Kashar commune, which have started their cooperation with the local administration.

“Besides public education, private education is seen differently, because it is a very powerful generator, since these universities have their own human and education potentials. These capitals should be     used for the development of this area. Kashar is an area in development and needs not only the presence of these universities, but also their researches, which could integrate in the future with our development plans”, Fuçia said.

Vullnet Haka is one of the initiators of the “Industrial Area Businesses Union”. His company operates at this area since 2005, producing plastic bags for the local market. He valued as a positive move the unification of the businesses in one single voice.

“The partnership between the businesses and the Kashar Commune is significant not only for the actual development that these businesses have today in this area, but also for the fact that through an institutional cooperation with the commune, they will be able to properly articulate their needs for development and for further investments in this area”, Haka emphasized.
