EU mediator for the Kosovo and Serbian dialogue, Robert Cooper, declared
that after reaching the agreement, Prishtina and Belgrade should focus
on the dialogue.
During an interview for Radio Kosova, Cooper declared that the abnormal situation created in Northern Kosovo should be overcome through bilateral discussions.
“Things are not same as before, and all interested parties should understand that they must not wait for surprises, but conclude a serious dialogue that brings a solution to the problems”, Cooper declared.
After the Northern Kosovo situation calmed down, Cooper held several meetings with Serbian and Kosovo state representatives.
