Same as one week ago, private bailiffs have tried to enter the
Social-Democratic Party to implement a court verdict which returns this
object to the Manopulli family.
After some confrontations with the private police, which was paid by the Social-Democratic Party, the bailiffs have been able to enter the building and started pulling the objects out.
But the situation lasted only a few minutes. The Tirana police debated with the bailiffs and ordered them outside the building.
After pushing them out and closing the door with chains, the owners have tried to enter once again, but they weren’t allowed by the police. Bailiff Baftjar Nelaj declared that the Police is violating the law.
After the situation was calmed down and the SDP took the building under control, the party leader, Skender Gjinushi, declared for the media that the owners are being misused and their ownership is only one third of the area, which Gjinushi says that they are free to take.
The private bailiffs declared that although they don’t have the support of the State Police, they will be there to implement the court verdict and return the property to the legal owners.
