Columbian Defense Minister: “Cocaine seized in Albania belonged to Clan del Golfo”

According to the Columbian Minister of Defense, Luis Carlos Villegas, the cocaine seized in Albania belonged to the Columbian criminal organization called “Clan del Golfo”.

“The Columbian National Army had informed that during a joint operation with international agencies, 613 kg of cocaine from the Clan Del Golfo were seized in Durres, Albania”, the Minister said.

According to the Minister, Clan del Golfo has contacts in several European ports where they send drug cargos. The Minister added that since 2014, the organization has lost almost 6 billion USD.
