The Minister of Defense, Olta Xhacka, said that they are monitoring the entire country has heavy rain precipitations have already damaged several national roads.
“We appeal citizens to follow the instructions that are given by the Civilian Emergency Offics. Preventing consequences and securing the safety of every citizen is a principal duty for all representatives of the local government, and for every officer of the Armed Forces. I appeal citizens to cooperate and respect the instructions”, Xhacka said.
