Different from what was expected and from what the Democratic Party had
prepared in their opposition for postponing the civil service law, the
Conference of Leaders, which has gathered this afternoon, did not
mention this topic at all.
This means that the Parliament will not gather to postpone the law that passed with 84 votes and that requires the same amount of votes for being postponed.
One day before the new law enters in act, Top Channel has learned that the law can be postponed through a normative act, and that there’s a precedent for this.
Sources also add that it has not been decided yet if the law will be postponed. The decision will be taken by the majority during the day.
Representatives of the majority have declared that the civil employee law cannot be implemented as it is, without being accompanied by the respective sub-legal acts, and for this they need time to put it into function.
But this has been opposed by the opposition, which says that the real goal behind this is making other administration cleansing.
The conference also passed the three-week Parliaemnt agenda, which includes 6 of the 14 draft-laws left by the Berisha government. The agenda also includes the first draft-law planned by the Rama government, the repealing of the waste import, which will be discussed on October 22nd.
