Top Channel’s Anila Hoxha reports that the investigations against MP Agron Çela have been stopped, referring to sources at the SPAK special prosecutor’s office.
According to the sources, the prosecutor Manjola Kajana administered the report of a citizen who denounced the deputy Çela, saying that in 2023 the deputy had asked for a loan of 15 thousand euros, but then, as stated in the files, the citizen was returned only 12 thousand euro.
This is where the debate started between the deputy and the citizen who, according to him, in the report he submitted according to SPAK, Çela did not return the debt. There were also communications on Whatsapp as proof, so under these conditions the lender reported it to SPAK.
But after the investigations, SPAK concluded that there was no criminal offense and the conflict had ended because Çela and with the citizen had resolved the conflict privately and had returned the debt with a notarial contract.
The SPAK prosecution established that Çela had not declared this loan, concluding that there is no criminal offense.
After the evidence found, the suspension of the investigations against the deputy was also approved by the Special Anticorruption Court.
