Chinese corporate takes “Montenegro-Albania” construction

The “Reuters” news agency reports that “China Pacific Construction
Group”, a Chinese construction company, the biggest based on its
revenues, signed a 1.72 billion agreement for building a highway between
Montenegro and Albania.
“Reuters” refers to a notification of the Chinese company itself.
“The building of highway will start in 2016 and conclude in 2018” according to Yan Jeihe, President of this company.
