Chinese Ambassador: Arber road to start this year

Mrs.Jiang declared that after the agreement negotiation is over, the construction of the Arber Road might start within this year.

Minister Haxhinasto valued the cooperation between the two countries as a model that should extend in other projects.

“We have created two groups, one technical and one legal, which will consider the proposition together with international assistance. The purpose is to negotiate the agreement within Autumn, so that we can start the construction within the next year”, Haxhinasto declared.
