Chief Prosecutor of Elbasan files lawsuit against Prosecutor General Arta Marku

The former Chief Prosecutor of Elbasan, Dritan Gina, has filed a criminal report against Prosecutor General Arta Marku.

Gina accused the Prosecution General of power abuse.

“The Prosecutor has violated the law. She has no competences to remove prosecutors from duty or transfer them”, Gina said.
