Chief of Police: “Cannabis issue to be resolved once and for all”

The Chief of State Police, Haki Cako, addressed officers with serious
tones, saying that the cannabis cultivation will come to an end this
year. Cako asked local governments to cooperate.
“Every police officer has his own responsibility. Every police structure has been clearly instructed by the Prime Minister of Albania, the Interior Minister and the Chief of Police. The instruction is that this issue must end once and for all. This is an institutional, but also personal responsibility for everyone. Even a family responsibility”, Cako said.
The Chief of Police added that every cultivated surface, identified during the past years, will undergo intensive investigations from all police structures.
