The implementation of the judiciary reform has met a new obstacle that
has nothing to do with the political situation or the Parliamentary
boycott by the opposition.

The establishing of the two highest judiciary institutions, the High Councils of the Judiciary and Prosecution, have not enough candidates and the process may be repeated from point zero.

Top Channel journalist, Elona Meco, said that the General Secretary of the Parliament annopunced that the Troop of Professors has sent only six candidates for the Judiciary Council, when they should have ten; and five candidates for the Prosecution, when there should be six.

In these conditions, the Parliament, supported by EURALIUS, the General Secretary said that the applications should be done again.
