The Supreme Court rejected the lawsuit filed by the Minister of Energy and Industry against the Prosecution General.
The Ministry sued the Prosecution for not investigating the former high-level officials for violating the CEZ privatization.
The Ministry of Energy asked the Prosecution General to investigate two former Ministers, Genc Ruli and Ridvan Bode, their vices, Enno Bozdo, Florion Mima, Neritan Aliballi, and the adviser of former PM Berisha, Suzana Guxholli.
The Prosecution had rejected this request.
