CEZ agreement, State Audit sues Minister Gjiknuri

Supreme State Audit reported the Minister of Energy, Damian Gjiknuri, over the agreement with CEZ.

The SSA states the agreement with the Czech Republic has caused a 479 million EUR damage.

Minister Gjiknuri has been sued together with the General Advocate who represented the interests of the Albanian state.

The agreement was signed after the left coalition came to power, claiming they avoided an even bigger damage.
