Arber Cekaj, owner of the “Arbi Garden” firm, was arrested yesterday in Germany. Two months ago, authorities found 618 kg of cocaine inside the trucks of his firm, which imported bananas from Columbia.
Sources confirmed for Top Channel that the extradition is a short procedure which may take just two weeks, since the arrest order already has the necessary documentation and there is no need for more.
Within a few days, the Prosecution of Serious Crimes will be able to get to the man suspected for the drug traffic that led to a record breaking seizing of cocaine.
